Yin Yoga:
Relax and Renew with this healing form of Yin Yoga that focuses on your body’s
fascia. You will connect with your breath, increase mobility in your joints, and feel refreshed when you get off your mat. This is an excellent adjunct to
Myofascial Release Sessions and Myofascial Stretch classes.
Defrazzle Fridays Yoga: Combining Yin Yoga with meditation/pranayama and a little Thai bodywork by instructor Yinh Kiefer. Yin yoga is a slow, relaxed yoga that focuses on the
fascia of the body. Combined with learning about the breath and the guided meditation, you will be guaranteed to feel unwound and ready for your weekend.
Tai Chi: If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
Guided Meditation: Bring your own beach chair, cushion, etc, to be comfortable. We have yoga mats and blankets.
Appropriate for all levels, even beginners! Dorothea, our knowledgeable hypnotherapist, guides your meditation on a wonderful journey of focusing your breath, becoming aware of your body and mind and learning how to be “in the now”. Dorothea is always available to answer questions and discuss after the meditation.
