David graduated from Great Bay Community College in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and has embraced his journey into massage therapy with enthusiasm and dedication. Skin to Soul marks his first major step into the profession, but his passion for learning and helping others has been a lifelong pursuit. Before becoming a massage therapist, he worked in a greenhouse and as a nurse’s assistant, both experiences that deepened his appreciation for nurturing and healing.
His inspiration to pursue massage therapy began when his sister and her friend repeatedly praised his natural talent, often returning for more work. Though untrained at the time, he loved knowing he could make a real difference—but what if he could do even more with proper education? His curiosity led him to YouTube tutorials, which only fueled his desire to learn further. He eventually enrolled in massage school, but between the disruptions of covid and a major move, he had to put his dreams on hold. Once studios reopened and he settled into a new home, he knew it was time to fully commit to his path.
David loves that no two massage therapists are the same—each brings their own unique style and strengths, making massage therapy an ever-evolving learning experience. He thrives on that growth, finding excitement in expanding his skills. Specializing in deep therapeutic work, he enjoys helping clients with mobility issues, scars, and leg-related concerns, especially runners. He also integrates hot and cold therapies, such as hot stone massage, to accelerate healing.
Outside of massage, David is an adventurer at heart. He enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and rock climbing. He’s also an artist with a love for acrylic painting and leather crafting—and when he’s not creating, you’ll likely find him deep into tabletop gaming.
