Kristina brings 28 years of experience, a deep commitment to wellness, and an intuitive approach to massage therapy. She graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge Massachusetts in 1998, beginning a career rooted in her desire to help people feel their best. Her path to massage began through her longtime love of yoga, which inspired her to learn more about anatomy and kinesiology and eventually turn her passion for movement into a profession. She later completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Bo Forbes and became a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance in 2006.
Kristina believes bodywork is most beneficial when it becomes a consistent part of a healthy lifestyle rather than an occasional indulgence. She enjoys working with clients who are committed to their wellness and understand that the benefits of regular treatments can be cumulative. Over the years, Kristina has developed a versatile style that combines the many modalities she has studied. Her sessions intuitively blend soothing and deep therapeutic work with energetic techniques and movement therapy, creating an experience tailored to each client.
Her ideal client is someone who is truely interested in receiving body work as part of their healthy lifestyle, with a focus on helping them truly target the source of their pain. She is also excited about her work in manual lymphatic drainage. Trained in the Vodder style of MLD, Kristina works with clients seeking pre- and post-operative lymphatic support, care for lymphedema, and lymphatic treatments as part of their overall wellness routine.
Outside the treatment room, Kristina is happiest outdoors. She is an avid mountain biker and enjoys hiking, walking, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, ice skating, and cross-country skiing. She is also a passionate thrifter who loves hunting for treasures at secondhand stores, often turning road trips with family and friends into treasure-hunting adventures. Having lived in Massachusetts, California, Washington State, and Colorado, she loves traveling, discovering new places, and experiencing different cultures.
