Svetlana is a 2014 graduate of Elizabeth Grady and has continuously expanded her expertise with specialized training, including Level 3 Master Oncology Massage and Table Thai Massage. Before discovering her passion for massage therapy, her journey took her from the classrooms of Latvia, where she worked as a kindergarten teacher, to various other roles. Yet, her deeply empathetic nature and drive to help others ultimately led her to the transformative world of massage therapy.
Her journey into massage began with a simple yet profound realization: touch has the power to heal. Witnessing how intentional physical and energy work could improve well-being, she felt called to learn more and share that healing with others. She fell in love with the process of tuning into a person’s body, listening to its unique needs, and creating a personalized path to restoration. For Svetlana, massage is more than just a technique—it is a connection that fosters trust, balance, and renewal.
Svetlana’s approach blends intuition with expertise. She draws from a diverse “toolbox” of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and Table Thai massage, ensuring each session is tailored to the individual. Rather than relying on excessive pressure, she focuses on what truly works for the body, encouraging lasting relief and balance. Her ideal client is someone who trusts her to uncover and address the areas that need attention, allowing her to provide the most effective care.
Outside of massage, Svetlana’s creativity and love for nature flourishes. She is an avid gardener and nature enthusiast who finds inspiration outdoors. As an artist, her talents extend to painting and jewelry making—some of her artwork even adorns the walls of the Woburn Skin to Soul studio!
